Evidence-based recommendations
Community based support
A focus on supporting individuals and their caregivers to achieve meaningful quality of life, rather than simply surviving “the system"
How to make an NDIS referral
When you complete the Quick NDIS Referral Enquiry Form (5 minute screener) it will give OT Detectives just enough information to let you know quickly whether we have capacity to support your needs, so you don't waste your precious time filling out pages of intake forms, only to find out about extensive waiting lists that are not suitable to your needs.
Please note, OT Detectives DOES NOT currently accept referrals for:
1. NDIA Managed Plans
2. NDIS Participants under the age of 17 years old
NDIS FEE GUIDE:
Occupational Therapy Fee: $193.99 / hour
Travel time is charged at 50% of the applicable hourly service rate and is capped in accordance with the NDIS Travel Pricing Arrangements, based on the appointment location.
A kilometre rate of at least $1.00 (per km) also applies and is discussed at the time of the service agreement depending on your location.
OT Detectives values altruistic therapeutic support.
If we do not have capacity to support you, we will try our best to suggest another excellent local OT who may have capacity sooner.
